PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3 business days.
Custom-made pieces may take between 1-3 weeks to create before dispatch. If you would like an estimated timeframe for a custom piece before ordering, please contact us at hello@maaviatelier.com.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)
Regular Shipping - $12 flat rate
Express Shipping - $15 flat rate
Orders over $400 qualify for Free Shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that shipping estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.
For international orders, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
As customs policies vary from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs office if you would like more information before placing your order.
LOST, DELAYED PARCELS
Once an order has been shipped with Australia Post, Maavi is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
If your parcel is delayed or appears to be missing, please contact Australia Post directly using your tracking information. We are happy to assist where possible and can help you lodge an enquiry if required.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect the parcel or circumstances outside of our control, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be resent.
