WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?
If the piece you are purchasing is in stock, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
For custom-made pieces, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be handcrafted, completed and dispatched.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PIECE?
Because of the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we want you to love your jewellery, so we are happy to offer a store credit or exchange, subject to our return policy.
